terms of service.

The ground rules for visiting the site, watching the videos, and buying the apparel. Short, in English, no surprises.

Effective May 27, 2026

Welcome. These terms ("Terms") govern your use of redasthecolor.com (the "site") and any content, products, or services offered through it. By visiting the site or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

The site is operated by the creator behind @redasthecolor. Reach us at [email protected].

Acceptable use

The site is for personal, non-commercial use. While you're here, please don't:

  • Scrape, mirror, frame, or re-publish the site or its content without written permission.
  • Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the site's security or rate limits.
  • Submit spam or abusive messages through the contact or newsletter forms.
  • Impersonate the creator, the brand, or any third party.

We reserve the right to block IPs, refuse service, or remove content that violates these terms.

Intellectual property

All videos, photos, written content, designs, the wordmark "redasthecolor", the "3K to Exotic" name, and the visual identity (colors, typography, logos) are owned by the creator. They're protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may:

  • View and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Quote short excerpts of public articles with attribution and a link back.
  • Embed our public YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok videos using each platform's native embed feature — that's what it's for.

You may not download, re-upload, or rehost the videos; train machine-learning models on the content; or use the brand assets to suggest endorsement or partnership without written permission.

Anything you send us

If you send us a message, a photo, or any other content (via the contact form, email, or social DM), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to read, store, and respond to it. We won't publish your message without asking unless you sent it expecting a public response.

Apparel + purchases

When you buy apparel through the site, payment is handled by Stripe and fulfillment is handled by Printful. Your card details are processed by Stripe directly — we never see or store them. Your shipping address is shared with Printful so they can print and ship your order.

Shipping, returns, and refunds are described on the relevant product page or in the order confirmation email. If a product you ordered is unavailable or mispriced, we may cancel and refund the order — we'll email you if that happens.

Sales tax. We don't currently collect sales tax on apparel orders. Depending on where you live, you may owe use tax to your state or local jurisdiction on the items you buy from us — that's your responsibility, not ours. If we later cross the registration threshold in your state we'll start collecting at checkout, and this section will be updated.

Not financial or business advice

The "3K to Exotic" journey documents one person's experience flipping cars. Numbers, profit margins, and decisions shown on the site reflect that specific situation and aren't a guarantee of what you'd earn doing something similar. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax, or business advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions that affect your money.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. We try to keep things accurate, online, and secure, but we don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is always current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator and anyone acting on their behalf are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site — even if we've been told those damages might happen.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you didn't pay us anything, our liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits. In those places, the disclaimers above apply only to the extent allowed by local law.

You cover us for your misuse

If your misuse of the site (violating these Terms, infringing someone's rights, etc.) leads to a third-party claim against us, you agree to defend and indemnify us for reasonable legal fees and damages tied to that claim.

Ending access

We can suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or we're required to by law. You can stop using the site at any time — no exit interview required.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site for a reasonable time before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree to a change, stop using the site.

Governing law + disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
